You can use a 4" x 6" protector with a 2" x 4" label.
We do sell 2" x 4" labels, but you can also use your own. A thin label is best, something like a polyester self-adhesive (https://asgonlinestore.com/2-x-4-polyester-labels/).
The most important thing when using the protectors and floor labels, is the preparation of the floor. A thorough clean, and solvent wipe, if possible, gives them the best chance or lasting. The next thing is the location. Try to position them away from the wheel route and where pallets may drag over them.
